The Global Maternal and Neonatal Sepsis Initiative: A Call for Collaboration and Action by 2030 (Lancet)
WHO and Jhpiego have launched the Global Maternal and Neonatal Sepsis Initiative. to address maternal and neonatal mortality due to sepsis. This new endeavor aims to generate new research and recommendations for its prevention and management. The initiative will culminate in September 2017 with the Global Maternal Sepsis Study.
